Background cache now holds at most 2 images: a new LRU scheme keeps only the current and previous backdrops (unsplashBackdropDate/DataUrl + unsplashBackdropPrevDate/PrevDataUrl), evicting older ones on every write. Startup purges the legacy Bing-era keys (bingBackdropDate/DataUrl) left by 0.2.21–0.2.23 so they stop occupying storage. Downloads stay at 800x480 (w=800&h=480&fit=crop&q=80), matching the Car Thing display — no full-resolution fetches.

Removed the dead EPL feed (https://www.fixturedownload.com/download/epl-2025-26-GMT.ics, was 404ing) from the ics_feeds default, the App.tsx DEFAULT_FEEDS fallback, and the settings.html demo values. Defaults are now 5 feeds (Google US holidays, CalendarLabs US holidays, CalendarLabs Formula 1, CalendarLabs NFL, Google calendar); the other 5 URLs were verified live (HTTP 200) before release.

• Portrait layout fix: in portrait (480x800) the month grid now takes the full width with the agenda stacked below it (Weather-style column), and the slide-over event panel becomes a bottom sheet; the event detail modal no longer overflows the narrower viewport. Landscape (800x480) is unchanged
